Project Management Executive with over 30 years experience managing projects including hotels, resorts, and residential developments with a total value in excess of $2 billion dollars, and totaling over 16,000 hotel rooms. Experience includes all aspects of the programing, design, construction, FF&E and turnover for a wide variety of project types and locations, including new development, reposition, restoration and renovation. Extensive experience in both establishing and heading departments, as well as hands-on project management. Proven capacity to manage budget, schedule and quality of complex projects.
